«НАТО-Україна: підвищений рівень»

Проект «НАТО-Україна: підвищений рівень» мав на меті пояснити, що таке НАТО та що таке співпраця між НАТО та Україною. Проект складався з публічної частини – спеціальних відео-пояснювачів для широкої української аудиторії та «парламентської частини» – підготовки аналітичних записок, аналітичних документів та організації експертних дискусій на теми співпраці Україна-НАТО між українськими експертами та членами парламенту.

The "NATO-Ukraine: Enhanced level" project aimed to explain what NATO is and what cooperation between NATO and Ukraine is. The project consisted of the public part - special video explainers for the wider Ukrainian audience, and «parliamentary part» - preparation of the policy briefs, policy papers and organization of policy discussions on topics of Ukraine-NATO cooperation between Ukrainian experts and members of the parliament.
During the project implementation the following outcomes have been reached:
- Awareness and positive perception of NATO and NATO-Ukraine relations among the general population increased;
- The level of competence of legislators on a wide range of NATO-related issues improved;
- Interaction between the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and independent experts has been launched;
- The level of Ukrainian expertise on NATO related topics increased.
Outputs:
- Seven short videos, targeted at a wider audience of Ukrainian citizens, were prepared and posted online.
- Two policy papers prepared, targeted Ukraine's MPs and expert community, journalists.

- Seven policy briefs on topics that have been requested by the members of the Parliament were prepared.
- Concept of creating the military logistic-training hub for NATO allies on the South of Ukraine
- Perception of NATO member states regarding MAP and membership of Ukraine in NATO
- NATO against disinformation: How Ukraine can develop cooperation with Alliance
- NATO Madrid Summit 2022
- Possibilities for NATO-Ukraine cooperation in cyber security issues and cyber critical infrastructure
- Perspectives of NATO enhancement in the Black Sea region
- New NATO Strategic Concept 2030. Possibilities for Ukraine and as an Enhanced Opportunity Partner
- Two public events were organized.
- A round table “The role of parliamentary diplomacy and parliamentary control in Ukraine-NATO relations”, 26 November 2021, Kyiv. Closed door Chatham house rule discussion on possible ways to increase the role of the Parliament and how to accumulate parliament and experts’ efforts in promoting Ukraine-NATO relations.
- A public panel – “Concept of Resilience in Ukraine-NATO relations”, 26 November 2021, Kyiv.
